Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Mavelo LLC, a Delaware company at 300 Delaware Ave Ste 210 PMB 70143, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States. They cover mavelo.in and the Mavelo selling service. Effective 5 October 2026.

What Mavelo is

Mavelo is a commerce platform for digital products only. A seller lists a file, lessons, a license, or a membership. A buyer pays. The buyer receives that digital product. Mavelo is not a shop for parcels.

Payments

Payments open after you register and verify your identity. Mavelo Payments is the default. Mavelo does not store card numbers. A sale is complete when the payment is confirmed.

Sellers

You are responsible for the product you list, for having the right to sell it, and for the description the buyer reads. Mavelo can refuse or remove a product that breaks the Acceptable Use policy.

Buyers

You receive a digital product, not a shipped good. Access or a download is provided after payment is confirmed. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Fees

Mavelo’s 2% fee and the payment rail’s cost are shown before a product is published. You agree to those fees by publishing the product. There is no monthly fee and no setup fee.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Write to support@mavelo.in before starting a formal dispute.
