Refund Policy

Mavelo sells access to digital products. This policy says when a payment comes back. Effective 5 October 2026.

If the file does not arrive

If you paid and the file or the access does not open, write to support@mavelo.in within 14 days. We will fix the delivery or return the payment.

If the product is not what was described

If the file is materially different from the product page, write within 14 days of payment. We will review it with the seller. Taste is not a defect.

After a successful download

When the file has been delivered as described, the sale is final, except where the law requires a refund.

Memberships

Cancel before the next charge. A charge that already succeeded is not returned unless the access never opened.
